Adds the Alpine Corp (mountain crossing) and Arctic Corp (ice crossing) promotions for recon, melee, archer and gunpowder units.

Adds an Ice Breaker promotion which permits ships to enter ice tiles, taking damage if they end their turn there (cannot be earnt)

Adds an Ocean Explorer promotion which permits coastal ships to enter deep water, taking damage if they end their turn there (cannot be earnt)

Adds a Deep Water Embarkation promotion which permits hovering units to (dis)embark at the ocean/coastal boundary (see also Units - Steampunk Airships) (cannot be earnt)
